What do I get with my BizReach.com account?
BizReach.com offers free accounts with many features, including the ability to:
- Build and maintain a trusted network of unlimited size
- Connect with businesses and friends
- Search for and view profiles of trusted businesses nationally or near your work or home
- See which businesses your contacts use
- Give your own ratings
What if I can't find the business I was looking for listed?
It may be you made your search too specific. Try searching again but remove any postcode or town.. Make any business types you are looking for as simply worded as possible, thinking of words they may use to list themselves under. If you can't see your favorite business listed, go to register a business and enter in their information. An invitation will be sent to them and when they accept you will be automatically connected.
What else can I do to ensure I am getting the most from BizReach.com?
- Always keep the information on your BizReach.com site current
- Invite everyone who supports you and/or your business to be part of your network
- Include BizReach.com in your advertisements, communications, other sites etc.
- Try one of the internal advertisement options located in your management profile
I can't remember my details! How do I get back in?
In order to sign in, you need to enter the e-mail address you registered with when you joined; and your password. If you cannot remember your password, click the ForgottenPassword link on the LogIn link. If you can't remember your e-mail address, please use our contact form on this page for assistance.

How do I change my password?
Your password can be changed within Your Profile. Click the Manage Profile button and then click the Password menu selection. You need to know your current password to be able to change it to a new one. Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and can be any combination of characters, numbers or letters and are case sensitive.
How do I prevent Bizreach email from getting caught in SPAM filters?
Following is a list of commonly used email software with a brief description of how to configure each so that mail from BizReach.com does not end up in your junk filter.
Outlook Express (Windows)
- Click once to select the email in your inbox
- Right-mouse-click on the message on and select Add Sender to Address Book
Outlook 2000
- Click once to select the email in your inbox
- Press the Reply button
- With the reply up on screen, right-mouse-click on the email address
- Choose 'Add to contacts' from the pop-up menu.
Outlook 2003
- Click once to select the email in your inbox
- Right-mouse-click on the email address
- Select Add to Outlook Contacts
Outlook 2007
- Click once to select the email in your inbox
- Right-mouse-click on the email address
- Select Add to Outlook Contacts
Anti Spam Software
If you are using a client-side third-party spam filter (i.e., Mailwasher, Spamkiller) to block spam add the info@bizreach.com to the list called Good List / Whitelist / Friends List.
Each anti-spam system work slightly differently, so you may need to refer to help files.
If you are using server-side spam filtering such as Postini, logon to your Postini account and configure it so that mail from Bizreach.com is not considered spam.

- Open the email
- Click "mark as safe" under the sender's email address
YAHOO
- Open the email
- Click "add sender to contacts" to the right of the email address
GMAIL
- Open the email
- Right-click the sender's email address
- Click "add contact" in the short-cut menu to the left
AOL
- View additional information on setting up Spam controls in AOL
- Open the email
- Click on an email address
- Click "add address" in the short-cut menu to the right
AOL Webmail

- Right-click the sender's email address

Blackberry
- Scroll up to the message header
- Get to the field where their name is listed, click the Berry button and then click Show Address
- Select and copy that address to the clipboard
- Go into Address Book and find the user
- Select Save
- Click to edit it, and then click the Berry button to add another email address
- Paste it in and click Save
Safari
- Open the email from Bizreach
- Click on the bizreach address at the top of the email
- Select Add to Address Book
